Our story begins over 15 years ago when Stephanie began cleaning for a few local families while raising young children. In 2010, after moving her family to Carroll County, business began growing rapidly and her vision for the company grew as well.
In 2014, Jeff and Stephanie began working as a team in the business, expanding service offerings that would better serve our clients and later married in 2016.
To reflect our growing business, we changed our name to Up Country Property Services along with adding multiple services. To date we are the only service in the valley that employs local people- we are currently at 15 employees!- and offer a one stop shop to our customers.
Our goal is to make each customer a customer for life. From the first time you speak with us until the job is done, our mission is to provide you with outstanding, high value service experience possible. We will arrive in company uniform, on time and ready to serve you in a courteous, professional manner. Our cash less invoicing system allows you to easily pay for your service online. We are available to take your phone call, and we provide a text option to contact us well.
Stephanie is a researcher at heart and loves to learn new things. This life long love of learning has led her to develop a comprehensive one of a kind training program that specialized in the needs of a vacation rental client. Our staff all go through comprehensive training before being put in the field to clean. We believe anyone can fill a cleaning bucket and call themselves cleaner or even a specialist, but that doesn’t make them an expert. Training, experience, education, certification, and a commitment to excellence are what sets us apart from the competition.

Price is always a consideration when hiring any service, but it shouldn’t be the only factor you consider. An inexpensive service is usually one that hasn’t made the investment into the proper training nd the right equipment, doesn’t carry insurance coverage and the lack of knowledge can damage your home.
We make sure our price is fair and honest, and can within a provide of budgets. We do not offer you incredibly low prices, trick you with coupons, only to bait and switch you with additional fees once we arrive. We do not offer a low hourly rater to look “cheaper” and then work slower to make more money. Since our staff is well trained in efficiency you will not experience and unexpected bill for a service that went well beyond the hours it should have.
